The LDCC Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is a structured, data-driven initiative focused on student retention and success. Embeds a revised student success course (FDFS 100) into the first-year experience.

• Academic Success: Students will demonstrate through interaction during the course activities that they are receiving practical knowledge and understanding of the material presented, leading toward college completion.
• Institutional Support: Students in the student success course will connect with key campus resources such as support services for additional help. 
• Student Wellness: Students in the course will access key resources to enhance personal wellness that facilitates continued academic growth.
