1. Apply here:
2. Speak with your local Workforce Development Board about funding opportunities ()
3. Submit your background check request:
4. Get your drug screen
5. Get a TB skin test and bring a copy of the results showing the date the test was read. TB test results are good for one year
6. Attend the mandatory orientation on June 25 at 8:00 a.m.

Bring the following to orientation:

• Drug screen results
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Social Security card
• Immunization records*
• TB skin test results*
• (*Immunization records and TB results are encouraged at orientation but must be submitted before clinicals begin.)

Student Responsibilities:

• Background check
• Drug screen
• TB skin test
